My name is Emmanuelle, I am working for the Talent & Culture Global team and, in July 2025, I will be celebrating 24 years at Accor!
I enjoy spending my spare time discovering new countries, cities, and cultures with my family and friends and reading everything I can put my hands on.
Growing and creating my path
During my time in Operations, I fell in love with HR, and discovered my strength in people management. With the support of my Operations and Talent & Culture UK Leaders, I built a community of Managers to provide mutual support as HR relays. This experience was eye-opening, revealing with multiple career paths accessible to me, from operations to expertise in other fields.
Growing and creating your path is what Accor culture is all about! It is the core of what we showcase, live, and believe in. After over 20 years in the Group, this culture remains as strong as ever, whether in operations or corporate, I have always experienced it in every step and every achievement.
Enhancing employee experience
My role is mainly about enhancing the Accor employee experience through HR digitalization and effective change management. My team strives to inspire talent, professionalize the digital community, and implement Talent & Culture digital services in hotels and corporate offices across 62 countries.

I’m a curious person! I always tell myself, “Aaah I learned something new today!” I love absorbing new information, techniques, and ways of doing things. Curiosity drives learning: it is important to ask questions, exchange ideas, and regularly connect with other Heartists®, Leaders, and Experts within and outside of Accor.
