Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent & Culture Executive to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture and supporting our employees throughout their journey with us.

  • Manage day-to-day HR administration tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system
  • Process work permit applications in accordance with company policy and local regulations
  • Draft and distribute employee communications, including newsletters and announcements
  • Organize and execute employee engagement activities, including social and recreational events
  • Provide first-line support for employee queries related to HR matters
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening applications and coordinating interviews for associate-level positions
  • Conduct reference checks and manage the online application process for shortlisted candidates
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including documentation, enrollments, and orientation
  • Verify and process contractor and vendor invoices in collaboration with the Finance department
  • Prepare payroll inputs and verify salary registers
  • Coordinate with the Facilities team to maintain employee accommodations and ensure cleanliness of common areas
  • Manage the distribution of meal coupons for contractual employees

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources or Bachelor's in Hospitality Management (BHM)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software systems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
