• All follow-up and support to Heartists (employees).
• Planning and execution of Heartist events.
• Maintaining the equipment and facilities for the Heartistas.
• Posting and maintaining information on the Heartist Bulletin Board.
• Prepare and submit various reports.
• Updating and maintaining various personnel data.
• Posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and accepting job offers in accordance with the recruitment plan.
• Receiving foreign staff (from visa application to housing arrangement)
• Interpretation for foreign department heads.
• Translation of internal documents, materials, and training materials.
• Assists with matters related to Learning and Development

• 英語でのコミュニケーションスキルに支障のない方（目安：ビジネスレベル以上）。
• エクセルやパワーポイント等、基本的なPCスキルを持った方。
• 柔軟な対応とアイデアを持ち、積極的に人事部チームの一員として関わっていける方 。
• ハーティストをゲストと捉え、各職場とのコミュニケーションを積極的に図ることができる方 。
• ホテルの現場またはホスピタリティービジネスの経験が1年以上のあれば尚良し。
• 一例として、秘書業務からのスキルアップを図りたい方など。
• Those who have no difficulty in communicating in English (guideline: business level or above).
• Basic PC skills such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility and ideas, and willingness to be involved as a member of the HR team.
• Must be able to view Heartist as a guest and actively communicate with each workplace .
• At least one year of experience in a hotel setting or hospitality business is a plus.
• As an example, you would like to improve your skills from secretarial work.
