Wie sieht Dein Arbeitsalltag aus ...
- Du kümmerst dich ganzheitlich und eigenverantwortlich um die Personalbetreuung aller Kollegen inklusive Umsetzung von Projekten zur Optimierung der HR-Strategie sowie des HR-Maßnahmenplanes, denn wir haben viel vor
- Du bringst dich bei der Budgetierung des Hauses ein, unterstützt die Abteilungsleiter bei der Teamzusammenstellung
- Auch die Verwaltung aller Personalunterlagen und Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Lohnbuchhaltung gehören zu deinen täglichen To-Dos
- Du bist als Gastgeber sowie als Führungskraft für alle Mitarbeiter präsent und trainierst auch gerne selbst die Neuankömmlinge im Team
- Du erkennst Talente und förderst diese gemeinsam mit dem General Manager

- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR Management im Hotel oder der Gastronomie und sprichst fließend Englisch
- Du bringst Durchsetzungsstärke, Konsequenz und Teamgedanke mit, um die Kollegen bei der Mitarbeiterführung optimal zu unterstützen
- Du kannst Kollegen begeistern und sie in ihrer Entwicklung begleiten
- Du bist ein Macher – und gibst offen zu, wenn du mal was falsch gemacht hast
- Du bringst nicht nur dein Können mit, sondern auch deinen Charakter
