• Deliver Turkish language lessons tailored to hospitality roles (front office, housekeeping, F&B, guest relations, etc.).

• Develop and adapt training materials, including handouts, presentations, and role-playing scenarios.

• Focus on conversational Turkish, hospitality vocabulary, and customer service expressions.

• Conduct placement assessments and monitor staff progress through evaluations.

• Collaborate with department heads to align language training with service standards.

• Promote understanding of Turkish culture and guest expectations.

• Provide ongoing language support and refresher sessions as needed.

• Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken and written).

• Experience teaching Turkish as a foreign language, preferably in a hospitality or customer service setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of hospitality operations and service language is a strong advantage.

• Certification in language instruction (e.g., TÖMER, CELTA, TESOL) is a plus.
