Job Description

We're looking for a creative and strategic storyteller to lead our social media presence for Mondrian Singapore, including our dining destinations and bar.

In this role, you'll develop and execute standout content strategies, manage key F&B stakeholder relationships, and ensure our visuals and voice reflect the bold, design-forward spirit of Mondrian. You’ll oversee the creation of high-quality, scroll-stopping content—from captivating visuals to compelling copy—that brings our culinary experiences to life.

With a keen eye on data and trends, you’ll optimise performance, drive engagement, and shape paid and influencer strategies that extend our reach and amplify brand visibility. You'll also play a key role in integrating social into wider marketing campaigns, using insights and social listening to keep us ahead of the curve in a fast-moving digital space.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in shaping and executing bold, creative social media and content strategies across all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Little Red Book) for Mondrian Singapore, including our signature dining destinations and bar.
  • Act as the key liaison between internal F&B teams and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to elevate guest engagement, satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
  • Uphold and champion each distinct brand identity—ensuring that every post, visual, and campaign reflects our high design aesthetic and the vibrant energy Mondrian is known for.
  • Oversee the production of dynamic, high-quality content—ranging from photography and videography to compelling written stories—that showcases our culinary offerings, limited-time experiences, and exclusive events.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with a deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, tools, and SEO principles to inform strategy and deliver continuous growth for each restaurant’s digital presence.
  • Drive paid social campaigns that move the needle—from awareness to consideration—ensuring strong reach, engagement, and ultimately building brand equity through powerful storytelling and targeted messaging.
  • Develop and present insightful campaign reports, backed by data and clear recommendations, to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all content is platform-optimised and aligned with best practices to maximise visibility, engagement, and audience retention.
  • Harness analytics to refine content strategies, fine-tune audience targeting, and boost performance across channels with a focus on measurable ROI.
  • Curate and execute a results-driven influencer strategy that authentically amplifies our culinary and lifestyle stories, extending the reach of our F&B experiences to targeted audiences.
  • Integrate social media into broader brand campaigns and activations, aligning with the overall marketing vision of Mondrian Singapore and its culinary destinations.
  • Tap into the power of social listening to uncover real-time insights, anticipate trends, and stay ahead of the curve—keeping Mondrian at the cutting edge of hospitality and culinary innovation.
  • Stay plugged into the latest in social media, hospitality, and dining culture to inspire forward-thinking content and ensure we remain trendsetters in the digital space.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation—preferably within hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle sectors
  • Proven track record in developing and executing social strategies that drive engagement and brand growth
  • In-depth knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and algorithms across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Little Red Book
  • Skilled in creating and curating visually compelling, on-brand content—photography, video and copy included
  • Experience with paid social campaign management, including audience targeting, budget optimisation and performance tracking
  • Confident in working with influencers and talent—sourcing, briefing, managing, and measuring success
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, from marketing and PR to chefs and F&B ops
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data and social listening tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Later, or similar) to inform strategy and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for crafting engaging, brand-aligned copy
  • A pulse on pop culture, hospitality trends, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve
  • Highly organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Bonus: experience in influencer marketing platforms, basic graphic design (e.g. Canva or Adobe Suite), or content production tools.
