About you

You possess a strong drive for success and thrive on the challenge of securing business across both hotel stays and co-working memberships. Your proven track record includes developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that boost online bookings, increase revenue, and enhance brand awareness – ideally with experience in both hospitality and the co-working or flexible workspace sectors. You excel at building robust client relationships and converting them into tangible business opportunities for both the hotel and Aerofoil Workspace. Your exceptional time management, reporting skills, and tech-savviness are essential.

What you will be doing

As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll be a key advocate for enhancing the reputation and profitability of both the hotel and Aerofoil Workspace. You will be responsible for devising comprehensive Sales and Marketing strategies that captivate hotel guests and attract co-working members, significantly increasing sales and fostering loyalty across both offerings. Your digital marketing expertise will be crucial in implementing targeted strategies that elevate the online presence and visibility of both the hotel and Aerofoil Workspace, reaching distinct yet potentially overlapping audiences.

Our Hotel

The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a dual-branded, 464-room hotel opened on 1 July 2024.

The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, is located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport. Guests can enjoy access to a fitness centre, conference rooms, pool, co-working space and a number of food & beverage venues: Boccata, Small Holdings and Amber State, which form the hub of the mixed-use precinct.

This is a village centre supporting the airport community as a place to gather and socialise for everyone who travels and works from the airport precinct.
