Job Description

We are seeking a talented and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team our Pre-Opening Team in Pullman Ninh Binh, Vietnam. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to optimize our financial performance and drive growth.

  • Develop all pre-opening tasks and strategies along side with General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Be familiar with revenue management systems 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions
  • Lead regular revenue management meetings, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Create accurate revenue forecasts and identify opportunities for incremental profit across all revenue centers
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to achieve revenue goals
  • Optimize inventory management and distribution channels to enhance RevPAR
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
  • Mentor and coach junior team members in revenue management practices
  • Ensure data quality and system hygiene of Revenue Management and Distribution applications
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies in revenue management

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue management roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in revenue management principles and practices
  • Strong understanding of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks
  • Experience with InTouch BI Tool and IDeaS Revenue Management Platform (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across various departments
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and open-mindedness towards new revenue management techniques and technologies
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the local market in Ninh Binh, Vietnam (advantageous)
