Exciting Opportunity: Revenue Manager – Dual Hotels, Christchurch

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Revenue Manager to oversee the revenue strategy for two premier Christchurch hotels, Novotel and Ibis Christchurch, which have a combined 300+ rooms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maximizing revenue to achieve budgeted and forecasted targets across both properties.
  • Driving market performance to meet RGI goals.
  • Optimizing online presence and revenue opportunities across brand and third-party websites.
  • Analyze pricing strategies and identify new revenue opportunities to enhance profitability.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive, strategic mindset.
  • Proven experience managing hotel or resort inventory and revenue.
  • Background in Front Office or Reservations with a solid understanding of Revenue Management.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in written communication.
  • Experience with Opera Cloud and revenue management systems like IDeaS or EzRMS.
