Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and revenue optimisation? Schwartz Family Company Hotel Portfolio is seeking a dynamic Portfolio Revenue Manager to assist the Portfolio Director of Revenue   in maximising profitability and elevate guest experiences across our diverse hotel portfolio: Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains, Leura Gardens Resort, Mercure Sydney, Ibis Sydney World Square, and Mercure Canberra.


Job Description

Your Impact:
As Portfolio Revenue Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and executing innovative revenue management strategies that drive growth and profitability for Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains and Leura Gardens Resort while assisting with the broader portfolio. Your analytical expertise and leadership will influence pricing, distribution, forecasting, and team performance across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement revenue management best practices to optimise profitability.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
  • Manage pricing strategies, inventory, and distribution partnerships to maximise revenue.
  • Maintain a seamless website booking experience that delights guests.
  • Deliver insightful forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, reservations, and hotel teams to align strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Revenue team to excel and grow.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven hospitality revenue management experience with strong pricing and distribution knowledge.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with revenue management systems.
  • Leadership prowess with a talent for coaching and team development.
  • Clear and compelling communication skills to present complex data effectively.
  • Adaptability and innovation in a fast-changing market environment.
