• Report to Director of Revenue Management and support them with their day-to-day tasks
• Implement changes to the RM strategy for rooms as well as F&B
• Auditing channels to improve guest experience during their booking journey
• Maintaining and enforcing policies and procedures to make sure that the Distribution Health Score is prioritized
• Attend the RevMAX to be a part of the strategy discussion

• 4～5つ星ホテルでの同様の役職（収益、流通、または予約チーム）での業務経験
• アコーでの経験があることが望ましい
• 英語と日本語の筆記および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力が必要
• 次のようなシステムの経験:
  • オペラクラウド
  • レサウェブ
  • TLリンカーン
  • テーブルチェック
  • 一休レストラン
  • ホットペッパーなど
• ビジネスのニーズに応じてプロセスの変更に柔軟に対応できる必要がある
• 車のプロパティ
   
• Experience working in a similar role (revenue, distribution, or reservation team) in a 4-5 star hotel
• Experience with Accor is preferred
• Written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese are required
• Experience with systems such as:
  • Opera Cloud
  • Lesa Web
  • TL Lincoln
  • Table Check
  • Ikyu Restaurant
  • Hot Pepper, etc.
• Must be flexible in responding to process changes according to business needs
