As the Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our success. Your leadership will ensure exceptional service, operational excellence, and a thriving team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Lead and oversee daily functions across the hotel’s core departments—Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping—promoting teamwork and ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery.
- Proactively address challenges, implement improvements, and lead by example to maintain a culture of excellence.
Guest Experience
- Deliver memorable guest experiences, ensuring every detail meets or exceeds expectations.
- Drive guest feedback initiatives and implement innovative solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Development
- Mentor, coach, and empower team members to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of trust, growth, and high performance.
- Set clear expectations and support the team in achieving individual and collective goals.
Strategic Growth
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue, control costs, and strengthen market position.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and sustainability.
Brand & Standards
- Champion brand values and ensure all operations meet established standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
- Act as a brand ambassador, connecting with the local community and stakeholders to enhance the hotel’s reputation.
