We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our IT department, ensuring smooth operations, and driving technological innovation within our organization.

• Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems
• Manage IT projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending and implementing improvements as needed
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
• Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance organizational capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or a related role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration
• Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
