Moderne, élégant et avant-gardiste, le Novotel Paris Les Halles est un hôtel 4 étoiles situé au cœur de la capitale, proche du quartier du Marais et à quelques pas seulement du Louvre et de la Cathédrale Notre-Dame.
Un hôtel aux multiples possibilités de 285 chambres rénovées, 600m² d’espaces événementiels avec notre concept unique appelé l’Atelier H, un patio végétal ouvert en toute saison.

Pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale nous recherchons un Event Coordinateur (Guest Keeper) H/F en CDD.
Vous vous démarquez par votre personnalité mais vous êtes également un/une pro de l’organisation ! Prévenant(e) et expert(e) dans « l’art du recevoir», vous êtes « l'ange gardien » des clients de l’Atelier H.
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Vous veillerez à ce que l'Atelier H conserve son charme et son identité. À l'image d'un théâtre, vous êtes à la fois metteur en scène, acteur et décorateur, orchestrant chaque détail pour créer une atmosphère inoubliable.
- Vous fidéliserez nos clients en vous assurant qu'ils repartent satisfaits à100% de leur prestation. Chaque interaction avec le client doit lui donner l’envie de revenir au Novotel Paris Les Halles et de laisser un commentaire sur nos réseaux ou via nos questionnaires de satisfaction.
- Vous assurerez la bonne transmission des informations concernant chaque événement aux différents services de l'hôtel, garantissant ainsi une organisation sans faille.
- Vous êtes un vendeur dans l’âme, vous performer via l’upselling et les ventes additionnelles ! Vous maximisez ainsi les revenus tout en enrichissant l'expérience client.
- Enfin vous contrôlez la facturation et veillez à l’application du contrat dans le respect des Conditions Générales de Vente.

- Charismatique et doué(e) d’un très bon relationnel
- Dynamique & souriant(e)
- Organisé(e) et autonome
- Sens de l’accueil et du service
- Esprit commercial à l’affût des opportunités Business
- Disponible et réactif vous êtes un vrai caméléon et vous vous adaptez à toutes les situations !
- Diplomate, tel une main de fer dans un gant de velours
- Connaissance du logiciel Opéra Sales & Catering serait un plus
- Anglais indispensable
