As the Talent and Culture Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the culture of Sofitel Taksim. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent. Your role will encompass talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to ensure the recruitment of qualified and diverse individuals.
- Implement and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly into the Sofitel Taksim family.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers in talent development and succession planning.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent and culture initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in human resources, talent management, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Turkey.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational change.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is highly desirable.
