Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to join our Talent & Culture Academy team in Warsaw. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for designing, managing and delivering engaging digital learning experiences and ensuring the effective implementation and development of our Learning Management System (LMS) across our hotels and support offices in Europe & North Africa.

What will you do?

  • Create e-learning modules, ensuring content is pedagogically sound and engaging

  • Manage translation projects, coordinate timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery

  • Develop and manage digital learning programs that align with business needs

  • Act as the main point of contact with internal stakeholders to set deadlines and ensure successful delivery

  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is structured and accessible

  • Continuously improve the LMS with new features, enhanced content readability, and improved user experience

  • Deliver training webinars and provide ongoing support for LMS deployment and usage

  • Build internal communication campaigns to promote new LMS features and processes


Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:

  • Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Storyline and Rise

  • Experience in project management, preferably in a digital learning environment

  • Ability to create engaging and impactful digital content

  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on user engagement and adoption

  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. VPOs, GMs, hotels, support offices)
