Collecter, vérifier et saisir les éléments variables de paie (Pointage, primes, PRI, PRC, congés, etc.).
Établir les bulletins de paie dans le respect des délais.
Assurer le contrôle des paies (cohérence, exactitude des calculs, conformité aux obligations légales).
Gérer les déclarations sociales mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles (DAC, DAS, retraite, prévoyance, mutuelle, etc.).
Assurer le suivi des dossiers du personnel liés à la paie (entrées, sorties, contrats, avenants, attestations, soldes de tout compte).
Répondre aux questions des salariés sur leur bulletin de salaire et leurs droits sociaux.
Maîtrise des techniques de paie et de la législation sociale.
Connaissance des outils informatiques de paie (Sage Paie) et des logiciels bureautiques (Excel notamment).
Rigueur, précision et sens de la confidentialité.
Esprit d’analyse et capacité à gérer des volumes importants.
Bon relationnel pour les échanges avec les collaborateurs, organismes sociaux et services internes.
Hiérarchie : le poste est attaché directement au Responsable des ressources humaines
