About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Talent & Culture Manager to lead the Human Resources function across our two properties: Novotel London Blackfriars and Ibis London Blackfriars. This is a pivotal role, responsible for implementing and managing the Talent & Culture strategy in alignment with both brand standards and Accor policies.
The successful candidate will provide professional HR support to Heads of Department and General Manager ensuring best practice in all areas of employee relations, recruitment, training and development, engagement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of the Talent & Culture strategy across both hotels.
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain high-calibre talent.
Ensure compliance with employment law, HR policies, and company procedures.
Support and guide managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and workforce planning.
Drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Manage training and development programmes to support employee growth and succession planning.
Monitor and analyse HR metrics, reporting on key data to support strategic decision-making.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the two hotels.
Previous experience in an HR Manager or similar senior HR role, ideally within the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-brand environment.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
