Au fil des 4 saisons, au coin du feu ou au bord du lac, entre ressourcement, nourritures terrestres et moments d’exception, chacun écrit sa propre expérience à l’Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay.
Les missions principales :
- Vous assurez un rôle d’interface entre la direction des ressources humaines au siège et le site
- Vous avez la charge de la gestion administrative du personnel
- Vous assistez le responsable RH pour le recrutement
- Vous rédigez les offres d’emplois, vous mettez en ligne les offres sur les différentes plateformes de recrutement, vous effectuez un tri des candidatures et préparez les entretiens
- Vous effectuez l’accueil des nouveaux collaborateurs dès leur arrivée
- Vous assurez le suivi des dossiers du personnel
- Vous vous assurez des bonnes conditions de travail des collaborateurs
- Vous gérez les plannings de congés payés, les RTT et les heures supplémentaires avec les managers d’équipes
- Vous assurez la communication interne (circulation information…)
- Vous vous occupez de la gestion des carrières et des compétences, vous établissez les plans de formations pour le personnel
Profil :
- 2 années d'expérience dans l’hôtellerie de préférence Luxe/Resort
- Formation de niveau Bac +2/3, BTS ou DUT en Ressources Humaines, comptabilité, gestion, juridique…
- Autonome, capacité organisationnelle
- Esprit d’équipe
- Autonomie
- Savoir communiquer et avoir des qualités rédactionnelles
- Excellent relationnel
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word/Excel/Internet)
