Job Description

  • Analyze key performance metrics such as room revenue, occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
  • Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies to ensure competitive market positioning.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and financial projections based on historical data and market demand trends.
  • Monitor competitor performance and market shifts, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Generate regular reports and provide data-driven recommendations to the management team.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations departments to align revenue strategies with hotel goals.
  • Manage room inventory and distribution across various booking channels to maximize room revenue.
  • Implement yield management strategies to optimize profitability during peak and off-peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Resort experience is a must
  • 1-3 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles, data analysis, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and revenue management systems (e.g., Opera, RMS, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
