Job Description

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Leased Hotels Cluster General Manager (Director Delegate) with a dotted line to Türkiye Commercial Director, the role provides strategic guidance to Leased Hotels Cluster Sales & Marketing team, property General Managers and leadership teams, ensuring each property executes a successful commercial strategy. Further, the role aims to drive a culture of performance and collaboration amongst properties and regional teams with strong talent pipeline, ensure tools and initiatives are shared and being used by hotel teams, create champions, and lead commercial business reviews and communication.

 

Cluster Commercial Director;

This position is responsible for develop and implement commercial strategies in accordance with hotel brand standards. As well as fluency in data software, spreadsheets, and other business platforms to determine the success KPI of business activities.

The Cluster Commercial Director will be responsible for managing Sales, Marketing, Communication, and E-Distribution.


Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • Master's degree or equivalent is of advantage.
  • Previously a Director of Sales and Marketing in different scope hotels and/or a cluster role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
  • Prior team leadership experience is a must.
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Revenue and Loyalty concepts.
  • Strong understanding of market influences and impacts on supply and demand.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (other languages desirable).
