- Assist with document collection, meeting scheduling, system entries, and general administrative functions.
- Manage Concur platform tasks including purchase orders (POs), expenses, and invoicing.
- Process and support the annual INES billing process for the AEMEA region Hotels.
- Manage the Heartist cards program across corporate and hotel teams.
- Maintain and update global and local distribution lists for the three offices.
- Manage Talent & Culture directories, employee birthdays, and organizational charts.
- Assist with insurance and pension enrolment for corporate employees and hotel new starters
- Provide logistical support including flight bookings, intern accommodation, insurance, and parking arrangements.
- Support in organizing internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help maintain and track Talent & Culture programs, campaigns, and engagement surveys implemented across hotels
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant coursework or academic focus on HR management, organizational behavior, labor law, or employment relations is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS or recruitment tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
