Job Description

Within Accor’s Global Corporate Communications Department part of the Corporate Digital Communication Team, the Senior Communications Manager manages corporate content development and communications projects in tune to the Group strategy and the Corporate Digital Communications strategy, ensuring that content and communications support and showcase the Group vision, strategy & initiatives, contribute to communications impact and engagement, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Main missions :

  • Manage and oversee corporate digital content development projects within mission of Digital Communications team, such as news, videos, podcasts, infographics, interviews, insights reports, deep-dive editorial content, etc. in alignment with the strategic planning/editorial committee. Missions include :
    • Construction of brief (objectives, content and key messages, format and creative approach, comms plan)
    • Management of all steps of content development and planning
    • Lead of production & validation process in respect of deadlines, budget and quality
    • Coordination and working in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies & contacts
  • Participate in the definition, implementation and coordination of multi-channel communication plans for content developed (concept presentations, multi-channel comms plans, assets toolkit, coordination and adaptation of deliverables for different communication channels as relevant as per project…), in collaboration with other teams and departments
  • Analysis and production of KPI reporting on content and communications projects led
  • Strategic monitoring & study for trends, topics & new formats to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
  • Implement digital paid content & media partnership campaigns on an ad-hoc basis
  • Participate in other corporate communication projects of the team on an ad-hoc basis

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Communications, ideally IEP (Sciences Po) or Business School
  • +7 years of professional experience in marketing/communications
  • Experience in both strategic and operational marketing/communications as well as project management
  • Experience in leading content creation projects in range of formats, including videos, texts, infographics…
  • Previous experience in hospitality or knowledge of the sector would be a plus
  • Rigor, strong sense of organization and attention for detail
  • Capacity to understand strategic stakes in a range of areas and translate them into impactful content and communications
  • Capacity to understand complex organizations and digital communication ecosystems and translate them into impactful digital communications
  • Project Management & coordination skills
  • Strong analytical skills, spirit of synthesis, Editing & writing skills
  • Bilingual English/French or English native language mastery and fluent French
    • Note: All work is done in English, so the candidate must have a true mastery of English

Additional Information

This position is a CDD / fixed-term contract to temporarily replace an employee going on maternity leave. The position will begin end of March/beginning of April and will run through the summer.
