Buscamos un/a Sales Manager MICE para uno de nuestros hoteles 4★ flagship en Barcelona, con un rol claramente orientado a captación activa, desarrollo de negocio y cierre de ventas.
Tu misión
Serás responsable de vender activamente los servicios del hotel, con un foco prioritario en el segmento MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events).
Tu objetivo será generar leads, desarrollar oportunidades comerciales y cerrar negocio, contribuyendo directamente al crecimiento de ingresos y posicionando el hotel como referente en eventos y grupos en el mercado local.
Principales responsabilidades
- Captar activamente nuevos clientes en el segmento MICE (agencias, corporates, organizadores de eventos, etc.).
- Generar y gestionar leads, asegurando su conversión en negocio real.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales, potenciando la repetición y fidelización.
- Realizar visitas comerciales de forma regular en la zona primaria (Barcelona y alrededores).
- Negociar tarifas, contratos y acuerdos anuales con clientes clave.
- Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ingresos, producción y ocupación marcados.
- Colaborar estrechamente con la Dirección y el equipo comercial para asegurar la alineación en la estrategia.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos (Revenue, Operaciones) para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los eventos.
- Representar al hotel en ferias, workshops, sales missions y eventos del sector.
- Mantener un conocimiento actualizado del mercado MICE en Barcelona, identificando tendencias y oportunidades.
- Experiencia previa en ventas hoteleras, con fuerte especialización en MICE.
- Perfil claramente comercial y operativo, orientado a captación y cierre de negocio.
- Conocimiento sólido del mercado MICE en Barcelona y su ecosistema (agencias, organizadores, clientes finales).
- Cartera de clientes MICE activa altamente valorable.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y orientación a resultados.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y dinámica en un entorno exigente.
- Idiomas: Español e Inglés imprescindibles. Se valorará Catalán y Francés.
