We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Gandhinagar, India. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and productivity
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management
- Forecast sales, set team goals, and develop action plans to ensure targets are met
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales pipeline
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and generate new leads
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high service standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
