Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining efficiency and guest focus in all operations.
  • Implement operational procedures and standards to optimize the quality of service.
  • Monitor the hotel's occupancy rate and make strategic decisions to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze guest satisfaction and feedback and take action to implement improvements.
  • Coordinate staff planning, recruitment, and training of the team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Prepare budgets for the relevant departments and oversee cost management.
  • Work closely with other departments to improve and optimize the overall hotel operation.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
