Job Description
As a Casual Room Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and comfortable stay for our guests. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work and loves seeing the impact of what they do each day.
Working as part of a supportive Housekeeping team, you’ll help ensure guest rooms are beautifully presented and ready for guests to relax and enjoy their tropical escape.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and service guest rooms and housekeeping areas to a high standard
- Prepare rooms with care, ensuring comfort, presentation and attention to detail
- Replenish linen, amenities and in-room supplies
- Report maintenance issues and manage lost property appropriately
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain consistent guest standards
Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Physically capable of performing active duties throughout your shift
- Reliable and flexible availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
