The successful candidate will: 

• An ability to work night shifts across a 7 day roster. 

• An open, unrestricted driver's licence. 

• Be customer focused. 

• Have great attention to detail. 

• Be reliable and well groomed. 

• Be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• RSA certificate

What you will be doing: 

• Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.   

• Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.   

• Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety. 

• Welcome guests, carry luggage, park and retrieve guests’ cars, explain the facilities of the Hotel, provide tourism information and dining/entertainment recommendations to our Guests as required.
