Objetivo do Cargo
Otimizar a receita e resultados de um grupo de hotéis multi marcas, através da definição e implementação de estratégias de precificação e disponibilidade, assim como gestão das ferramentas e processos de RM.
Principais Atividades
- Elaborar forecast assertivo e dinâmico de Receita de Hospedagem, por dia e segmento, com atualizações semanais, para o período futuro, utilizando as ferramentas de RM e/ou monitoramento diário de pick-up, calendário de eventos.
- Definir junto ao hotel a estratégia de business mix, precificação e disponibilidade de acordo com os dias-tipo.
- Analisar resultados e performance dos indicadores de topline do hotel, da praça e comparativos vs concorrentes, através dos indicadores indexados (MPI, ARI, RGI)
- Tomar decisões diárias com relação à estratégia de preços e disponibilidade (Open/close), aos canais de distribuição, cotação de grupos e tarifas opacas e garantir que os sistemas estão atualizados e refletindo corretamente a estratégia adotada.
- Garantir que a Cultura RM é disseminada nos hotéis, conduzindo as reuniões semanais (Weekly meetings) e o fechamento mensal (Revmax), além da formação das equipes operacionais e animação dos temas relacionados à Topline.
- Elaborar relatórios diversos pertinentes à área.
- Experiência com operação hoteleira nas áreas de reservas, recepção, distribuição ou comercial
- Conhecimento em sistemas de RMS e canais de distribuição, conhecimento de PMS hoteleiro.
