Revenue Manager JR
Analizar y monitorear la dinámica comercial de los hoteles para diseñar e implementar acciones dinámicas de precio, utilizando herramientas analíticas avanzadas, con el objetivo de maximizar los ingresos, la rentabilidad y la competitividad de las propiedades.
Lo que hará:
- Evaluar tendencias de ocupación, demanda y comportamiento de mercado, analizando datos históricos y proyecciones para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Actualizar y monitorear el forecast, evaluando el desempeño real contra las proyecciones, identificando desviaciones y sugiriendo acciones concretas para alcanzar los resultados
- Brindar imputs de precios para las diferentes etapas de planificación (cotizaciones comerciales, forecast y budget), revisando la estrategia semanal y diaria de venta para los hoteles.
- Hacer sinergía constante con equipos de Ventas, Operaciones y Marketing, para integrar información relevante y retroalimentar el trabajo de los stakeholders transversales.
- Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de las herramientas de distribución y revenue.
- Al menos 01 año de experiencia en Revenue Management o Reservas
- Excel nivel avanzado
- Formación en turismo, hotelería o afines
