Company Description

We are looking for an energetic and driven individual with a knack for numbers to dive into the world of hotel revenue management: assist in developing pricing strategies, manage inventory, and analyse performance data to optimize hotel revenue while learning from an experienced team and working with sector-leading technology.

As Revenue Analyst, you will assist in developing pricing strategies, manage inventory, and analyze performance data to optimize hotel revenue. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams ensuring our hotel stays competitive and profitable. 

 


Job Description

  • Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies.
  • Conduct daily revenue management operations, including rate and inventory management.
  • Analyze performance data and generate insightful reports.
  • Prepare materials for the weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meeting.
  • Help create short- and long-term topline revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to enhance revenue performance.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IDeaS Revenue Management Platform.
  • Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
  • Drive market share in your competitive set and ensure all systems are adequately used to optimize RevPAR.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in hotel roles with property management system experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • A foundational understanding of revenue management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with the distribution landscape and online travel agencies.
  • Being curious & open minded with a collaborative mindset and a passion for revenue management.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
