En tant que Responsable talent et culture vous pilotez et supervisez au quotidien la fonction ressources humaines (recrutement, formation, paie, disciplinaire, administration du personnel, projets…) de l’établissement du Sofitel Lyon Bellecour en accord avec les impératifs budgétaires et la politique du groupe.
Vous vous efforcerez de maintenir et de contribuer au bon climat social de l'hôtel, en favorisant le dialogue avec tous les acteurs internes et externes à l’établissement. Vous poursuivez la diffusion de la marque employeur et les partenariats afin de faire vivre les valeurs Sofitel tout au long du parcours des collaborateurs.

En tant que Responsable Talent et culture vous pilotez et supervisez au quotidien la fonction ressources humaines (recrutement, formation, paie, disciplinaire, administration du personnel, projets…)
Vous vous efforcerez de maintenir et de contribuer au bon climat social de l'hôtel, en favorisant le dialogue avec tous les acteurs internes et externes à l’établissement. Vous poursuivez la diffusion de la marque employeur et les partenariats afin de faire vivre les valeurs Sofitel tout au long du parcours des collaborateurs.
Vos missions :
- Vous avez la charge de concevoir et d’animer la politique des ressources humaines de l’établissement dans le respect des directives et procédures définies,
- Vous épaulez et conseillez la Direction générale et les Responsables opérationnels dans le domaine des ressources humaines en tenant compte de l’évolution de la législation sociale,
- Vous accompagnez le Comité de direction et les Managers dans la recherche des profils et des compétences adaptés, et pilotez le processus de recrutement
- Vous définissez avec le Directeur général les axes stratégiques de formation et construisez avec le Comité de direction le plan de formation et en assurez le déploiement et le suivi budgétaire,
- Vous supervisez votre équipe dans le contrôle de la gestion administrative du personnel (contrats, congés, maladie, formation, paie, gestion du temps, etc.),
- Vous animez au côté du Directeur Général le dialogue social avec les partenaires sociaux et procédez à toutes les actions en découlant (organisation et animation des réunions avec les IRP, organisation des élections, information/consultation obligatoires, tableaux de bord, rapports et bilans annuels…),
- Vous assurez diverses missions RH transverses et proposez des animations et évènements internes qui contribuent à fédérer les équipes et à développer l’engagement.
