- Pay Rate: $70,000-$80,000 USD Gross annually
Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Answers inquiries from colleagues and applicants, referring to appropriate managers/department heads when necessary
- Fulfill the administrative functions of the department including typing, filing, distribution of mail, photocopies, fax, reports, maintaining stationary supplies, ordering and purchasing, ensuring smooth paper flow through the department and maintenance of all HR Communication Boards
- Maintain a confidential organized filing system for employee files, correspondence, policies, standards, regulations, and employment applications
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly
- Process onboarding for new employees
- Previous human resources leadership experience required
- Strong leadership skills to guide an HR team and support and motivate staff
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas
