Como Responsable de Restaurante, será responsable de supervisar todos los aspectos de las operaciones de nuestro restaurante, garantizando un servicio excepcional al cliente y liderando un equipo de dedicados miembros del personal.
- Gestionar las operaciones diarias del restaurante, incluyendo la programación del personal, el control del inventario y el rendimiento financiero.
- Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias para aumentar los ingresos y la satisfacción de los clientes
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad alimentaria y mantener altos niveles de limpieza e higiene
- Contratar, formar y supervisar al personal del restaurante, fomentando un entorno de trabajo positivo y motivador
- Gestionar las consultas, comentarios y quejas de los clientes con prontitud y profesionalidad
- Colaborar con el equipo crear y actualizar los menús de reuniones, grupos,eventos ... teniendo en cuenta las tendencias alimentarias locales y las preferencias de los clientes
- Gestionar el inventario, hacer pedidos a los proveedores y controlar los costes de alimentos y bebidas.
- Analizar los datos de ventas y preparar informes financieros para la dirección.
- Organizar y supervisar eventos especiales para sorprender a los clientes.
- Poner en práctica ideas innovadoras para mejorar las operaciones del restaurante y atraer a los clientes tanto alojados como de las empresas al rededor.
- De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en gestión de restaurantes o en un puesto de liderazgo similar
- Dominio del software de gestión de restaurantes y de los sistemas de punto de venta (TPV)
- Sólidas habilidades de gestión , incluyendo la elaboración de presupuestos y el control de costes
- Excelentes dotes de liderazgo con experiencia en supervisión y formación de personal
- Excelentes aptitudes de atención al cliente y capacidad para resolver conflictos con eficacia
- Conocimiento profundo de la normativa sobre seguridad alimentaria y las normas de higiene
- Certificación en seguridad alimentaria (obligatoria).
- Dominio del español y del inglés; se valorará el conocimiento del catalán y Francés.
- Familiaridad con las tendencias alimentarias locales
- Capacidad para trabajar en horario flexible, incluyendo tardes, fines de semana y festivos
- Gran capacidad de resolución de problemas y habilidad para tomar decisiones rápidas en un entorno de ritmo rápido
