L’Aparthotel, Adagio Access Nantes Viarme, 3 étoiles, est situé à Nantes et facilement accessible via les lignes de transport en commun tram, bus. Il dispose de 113 logements gérés par une équipe de 6 collaborateurs.
Nous recherchons un(e) réceptionniste professionnel(le) et amical(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe à Nantes Viarme, en France. En tant que premier point de contact de notre organisation, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la création d'un environnement positif et accueillant pour nos invités, nos clients et nos collègues.
- Accueillir et diriger les visiteurs, en assurant un accueil chaleureux et professionnel.
- Gérer efficacement les appels téléphoniques, les courriels et la correspondance.
- Fixer des rendez-vous et tenir à jour le calendrier des salles de réunion et des installations.
- participer aux tâches administratives, y compris la saisie de données et la préparation de documents
- Assurer la coordination avec les différents services afin de garantir une communication et des opérations harmonieuses.
- Traiter les demandes des visiteurs et fournir des informations précises sur notre organisation.
- Maintenir une zone de réception propre et organisée
- Traiter le courrier et les paquets entrants et sortants
- Assister dans les tâches de gestion de base du bureau, telles que la commande de fournitures et l'entretien de l'équipement.
- Veiller au respect des protocoles de sécurité en gérant les registres des visiteurs et en leur délivrant des badges.
- Assister les autres départements dans leurs tâches administratives si nécessaire.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
- Minimum de 6 mois d'expérience dans un poste similaire de réceptionniste ou de guichet d'accueil
- Maîtrise du français et excellente connaissance de l'anglais, l'espagnol est un plus, d'autres compétences linguistiques sont un atout.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et familiarité avec les systèmes de réservation.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
- Forte orientation vers le service à la clientèle, avec un comportement amical et professionnel
- Souci du détail et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à hiérarchiser la charge de travail de manière efficace.
- Connaissance des procédures bureautiques et des principes comptables de base
- Capacité à préserver la confidentialité et à traiter des informations sensibles avec discrétion.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité à s'adapter à des priorités changeantes
- Esprit d'initiative et capacité à résoudre les problèmes
- Apparence soignée et professionnelle
- Il peut être nécessaire de soulever et de porter occasionnellement des charges légères.
