Votre mission : faire vibrer nos hôtels, notre restaurant
En véritable bras droit du Directeur, vous jouez un rôle central dans la performance et l’ambiance de nos 3 établissements, tous réunis sur un seul site !
Au quotidien, vous :
- Coordonnez les opérations et garantissez une expérience client mémorable
- Animez et fédérez les équipes avec énergie et bienveillance
- Œuvrez à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de nos clients
- Assurez une gestion fluide et efficace (plannings, commandes, administratif…)
- Participez au pilotage de la performance (qualité, chiffres, organisation)
- Contribuez à la mise en place d’actions commerciales locales et au développement de la visibilité des hôtels et du restaurant
Profile:
Votre profil : un mélange de leadership et de passion,
- Vous avez déjà évolué dans un environnement ACCOR (réception, supervision, direction…).
- Vous aimez le terrain, le contact client et les challenges.
- Manager vous inspire : vous aimez transmettre, accompagner et faire grandir vos équipes.
- Vous êtes organisé(e), polyvalent(e) et toujours prêt(e) à trouver des solutions.
- Vous maîtrisez l'informatique et les principaux outils Accor
