Key Responsibilities

■ Business Leadership

• Lead the hotel’s overall operations and strategic direction, supporting departmental goals
• Maximize revenue and ensure strong financial management
• Ensure full compliance with laws, brand standards, and operational policies to maintain sound governance

■ Team Development

• Play an active role in recruitment to secure the best talent
• Build engagement and foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment
• Strengthen the hotel’s presence by building relationships within the local community

■ Service Culture Excellence

• Maintain and enhance product and service quality to deliver experiences that exceed guest expectations
• Promote brand values and ensure consistent delivery of brand standards across all touchpoints

 Required Experience & Skills:

• Leadership experience in a similar role within the hotel industry or within the same brand
• A genuine passion not only for your own growth but also for developing and empowering others
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and strong relationships
• Strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Inspiring leadership that positively influences others and motivates the team
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of achieving business results and KPIs
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English

• Establish clear, ambitious short- and long-term financial goals aligned with brand strategy
• Build positive relationships with all team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
