Il receptionist è il primo punto di contatto per i nostri ospiti, ha dunque un ruolo di impatto
Il Receptionist si occupa:
Chek-in e Check- out
Anticipa e gestisce le richieste degli ospiti
Ha una conoscenza completa dell'hotel, dei servizi offerti dei punti di vendita del reparto F&B
Rispetta ed applica gli standard di servizio
E' flessibile e lavora su turni
Fluente in Italiano ed Inglese , conoscenza della lingua francese
Ha capacità di lavorare in Team
