Job Description

As a Receptionist at Delano Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay from arrival to departure. With your dedication to providing world-class service, you’ll ensure that every guest receives a warm, welcoming experience that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process while ensuring accuracy and smooth operations.
  • Guest Service Excellence: Provide personalized service, addressing guest needs and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Reservations & Inquiries: Handle reservations, respond to guest queries, and ensure all guest preferences and special requests are communicated to the relevant departments.
  • Concierge Assistance: Assist guests with requests such as booking excursions, arranging transportation, and offering recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate guest records, manage billing and payment transactions, and ensure all front desk operations are handled efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure that all security protocols are followed, maintaining guest privacy and safety at all times.

     


Qualifications

  • Luxury Expertise: You possess a strong background in luxury hospitality, with experience in high-end hotels or premium service environments. Your ability to offer polished, discreet, and personalized service ensures that every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of excellence and goes beyond expectations.
  • Exceptional Communication: Your communication and interpersonal skills are second to none, allowing you to engage with guests in an elegant manner that enhances their overall experience.
  • Operational Expertise: You are proficient in the day-to-day operations of a luxury hotel, with a solid understanding of front desk procedures, guest check-in/check-out processes, and reservation systems. Your knowledge of hotel management software, attention to detail, and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks ensures seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Educational Background for Receptionist: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, as it aligns with our commitment to excellence in service and operational standards within the luxury hospitality industry.
