What will you be doing?

• Process & input FIT & corporate reservations via phone, email & other channels
• Maintain fluency with the ALL Live Limitless Loyalty Program
• Provide efficient, friendly & professional service to all guests
• Be the first point of contact for all incoming booking enquiries
• Liaise with the relevant Hotels to ensure that you we can deliver on service requests

Your Skills and experience include:

• Service oriented with an eye for detail.
• Confident & articulate communication, negotiation, relationship & networking skills
• Time management skills with the ability to multitask 
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition & high level of energy
• Passion for hospitality
