Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs in guest rooms and common areas.
• Install and repair plumbing for kitchen and laundry facilities, including dishwashers and washing machines.
• Ensure that all plumbing installations meet local building codes and hotel standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests to address plumbing emergencies and ensure minimal disruption.
• Replace or repair damaged pipes, valves, and fixtures as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning and identify potential problems before they become major issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and water quality standards.
• Report any issues that could impact guest comfort or safety to hotel management.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns related to plumbing issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including details of materials used and time spent on each job.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports for management review, including any significant issues or required upgrades.
