Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a People & Culture Executive in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to support our growing organization in all aspects of human resources management. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a positive employee experience.

  • Champion our company culture and values, leading by example to create a positive work environment
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records in our HR information system
  • Organize and coordinate employee events and initiatives that reinforce our brand values
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting and reviews
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related needs
  • Contribute to the development of employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
  • Assist in coordinating training and development programs for employees

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 24 months experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role
  • Sound understanding of employment relations and demonstrated ability to handle related matters
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of successfully leading independent projects
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to employee satisfaction
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others with a positive attitude and vision for the organization
