Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accommodation Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our accommodation facilities, ensuring high-quality service and a positive experience for our guests.

  • Manage and supervise the accommodation team, providing leadership, training, and support
  • Oversee room preparation, maintenance, and cleanliness to maintain quality standards
  • Coordinate staff schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate supplies
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices in accommodation areas
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance, and guest feedback
  • Continuously improve accommodation services based on guest feedback and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with local hospitality regulations and standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality or accommodation management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in inventory management and staff scheduling
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in accommodation operations
  • Familiarity with property management systems
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
