Job Description

We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join our vibrant team at our London Support Office. If you're seeking your next exciting challenge, this role could be your perfect fit!

Here's a glimpse of some of the responsibilities you'll take on:

  • Monthly processing of Payroll and Benefits 
  • Line Management of Compensation and Benefits Advisor, and Payroll Controller
  • Maintenance and accuracy of all Payroll data
  • Processing annual bonus payments 
  • Onboarding/ offboarding of hotels on to Payroll platform 
  • Knowledge of TUPE 
  • Ensuring all Payroll compliance matters are dealt with in a timely manner such as Gender Pay reporting, HR Indicators etc 
  • Processing of company shares 
  • Dealing and managing both internal and external auditors 
  • Extensive experience of working with ADP Freedom, Success Factors and HMRC
  • Managing any adhoc requests from stakeholders 
  • Working in collaboration with HR team to support on any adhoc queries 
     

 


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience working at a Payroll Manager/Director level in an international, highly matrixed organisation
  • Experience in managing a team 
  • Retail, hospitality experience desirable
  • Experience of working within a franchised and managed business model
  • Analytical/data driven 
  • Proactivity & persuasion
  • Flexibility & adaptation capacity
  • Leadership, team support & development 
  • Customer focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
