Desafíos que te harán brillar:
- Planificar la mise en place de acuerdo con las recetas y procedimientos.
- Asegurar la correcta elaboración y presentación de los alimentos.
- Realizar el trabajo siguiendo las normas higiénico-sanitarias.
- Asegurar el correcto almacenamiento y conservación de los alimentos.
Lo que potenciará tu rol:
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años en el puesto en hoteles o restaurantes de primera categoria.
- Título en Pastelería/Gastronomía finalizado.
- Mantener altos estándares de calidad, presentación y sabor.
- Innovar en recetas y técnicas de pastelería.
- Carnet de manipulación de alimentos (no excluyente)
- Residir en Zona Norte de Bs. As.
- Contar con movilidad propia (no excluyente).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos.
