Job Description

  • To be responsible for the medical welfare and emotional support of all hotel Associates and to ensure that appropriate medical policies and programs are in place for the entire hotel and updated regularly so that the business requirements are fulfilled and our vision is met.
  •  
  • To be fully aware of the department’s Standard Operating Procedures and the hotel’s and staff complex’s fire evacuation procedures and to adhere to them at all times
  • To be fully aware of all hotel policies, procedures and government rules & regulations and to maintain good relations with the police and other local authorities at all times
  • To interact and communicate with Associates, suppliers, etc. in a courteous, friendly, open and honest manner at all times
  • To be consistently well groomed & professional in appearance and to wear the appropriate uniform and name badge at all times
  • To attend team/departmental meetings and hotel training programs as and when needed or instructed
  • To be innovative, suggesting new ideas and investigating new ways of doing things or new services for our employees
  • To carry out shifts/tasks when required and to perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management

  • To take responsibility for monitoring the Associates medical insurance scheme in conjunction with our service provider
  • To ensure that all Associates receive their health cards as soon as possible after the start of their employment.
  • To administer all related medical insurance and group life insurance for addition and deletion on time.
  • To be responsible for keeping and updating the staff health and sickness records

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid MOPH or QCHP license
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best nursing practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
