Centrally located in Darling Harbour, Novotel & Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour are home to two of Sydney’s most popular hotels, boasting 750+ rooms with breathtaking views of the harbour and city skyline.

At Novotel Sydney On Darling Harbour, we are looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team on a Casual basis. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.

• Assist the Night Team in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
• Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, clear information.
• Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
• Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations

• Experience in a similar role (essential).
• Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures.
• A guest-centric mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule.
