THE MISSION?

Welcome to Mama Shelter, where the numbers are as essential as the vibes! As our Director of Finance, you’ll be at the heart of the action, orchestrating all the financial matters behind the scenes. 🧮✨

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

Financial Oversight 🦅

• Ensure strong financial management within a robust control environment.
• Oversee accurate accounting records, statutory accounts, and financial reporting for the hotel.
• Lead all areas related to balance sheets, P&L, cash management, and capital.

Business Partnering 💼

• Manage the finance relationship with Operations, Head Office, and the Owner.
• Support the General Manager in strategic planning and value creation.

Reporting & Analysis 📊

• Deliver clear and accurate reporting, including KPIs and benchmarking.

Budgeting & Forecasting 💰

• Lead the hotel’s budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure financial plans align with strategic objectives.

Team Leadership 👥

• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing Finance Team.
