We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals ready to gain hands-on experience in the operational departments of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of our hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Provide excellent guest service to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Learn and proficiently use hotel management software for booking, guest information management, and reporting.
- Assist in handling guest complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement ideas for improving guest services and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned, prepared, and meet Mövenpick high standards for guests' arrival.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Support the food and beverage team in restaurant and banquet operations, including assisting with setup, service, and cleanup.
- Participate in daily briefings and team meetings to stay informed about hotel activities and guest needs.
- Learn and adhere to Mövenpick brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to the hotel's sustainability initiatives and help implement eco-friendly practices.
- Assist in administrative duties and support other departments as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Currently pursuing a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree program.
