Job Description

  • Support the development and execution of the hotel's marketing and communication strategies in line with brand standards.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments and external agencies.
  • Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special events.
  • Work closely with the F&B and Wellness teams to promote seasonal offers, events, and experiences.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for the hotel's social media platforms in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and guest touchpoints.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Support photo shoots, content creation projects, and influencer collaborations.
  • Maintain marketing databases, media lists, and campaign records.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools and content editing software is a plus.
