Job Description
- Support the development and execution of the hotel's marketing and communication strategies in line with brand standards.
- Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments and external agencies.
- Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special events.
- Work closely with the F&B and Wellness teams to promote seasonal offers, events, and experiences.
- Create, schedule, and manage content for the hotel's social media platforms in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and guest touchpoints.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Support photo shoots, content creation projects, and influencer collaborations.
- Maintain marketing databases, media lists, and campaign records.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools and content editing software is a plus.
